My driving force has always been to maximize business profit through smarter data and continual process improvement. I’ve been in multiple leadership roles within project management, operations, and business intelligence, and served as a trusted adviser for years to numerous company executives and investors.

> Led the development of a Single Source Of Truth and seen the behavioral transformation that takes place.

> Developed key analytics used during private equity change of control multiple times for both pre and post sale. 

 

> Created operating models to accurately predict revenue & profit for both near and long-term outlooks for multiple business units with unprecedented degree of accuracy.

> Implemented Domo with multiple companies from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing administration.  I’ve used Domo to standardize reporting packages for operating models, financial packages, and other KPIs based on previously inconsistent reporting models.

 

> Worked with several investors on their respective data packages, ensuring they have accurate and appropriate data to properly understand the business.
